In PokerEV, tap the gear on Today to open Settings › Subscription, then tap Restore purchases. The same button is at the bottom of the Pro screen.

Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Restoring is free and never charges you again.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so we cannot cancel one for you. On your iPhone:

• open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions;
• tap the PokerEV subscription, then Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll down).

While you have Pro, PokerEV also has a shortcut: Settings › Subscription › Manage in App Store.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Apple’s guide: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Apple’s guide: Request a refund.

If you have a PokerEV offer code, open the App Store app, tap your account picture at the top of the screen, then tap Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter the code.

You can also do it inside PokerEV: Settings › Subscription › Redeem code opens the same Apple screen.

If we sent you a redemption link, just open it on your iPhone.

Free includes:

• 10 spots a day;
• every opening chart (first in), at every position and stack depth;
• one 20-hand table session a week;
• Leaks, with what each leak costs you in big blinds per 100 hands;
• progress, the hand log, the weekly report, your streak and reminders.

Pro adds:

• the full daily queue, at 10, 30 or 60 hands a day;
• leak drills and blind checks;
• drilling any chart;
• every chart in Ranges, including the ones for facing an open, a limp, a raise or a 3-bet;
• a table session whenever you like.

Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy.

New players start with 7 days of Pro, free. It is not an App Store trial: you enter no payment details, no subscription starts, and nothing renews or is charged.

When the week ends, PokerEV switches to Free by itself, and your progress stays. You can choose a plan at any time in Settings › Subscription › See Pro.

Your progress is stored only on your iPhone. PokerEV has no account and no cloud sync, so progress is not shared between devices.

It is part of your iPhone’s own backup (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer), so restoring that backup on a new iPhone brings it along. Deleting the app deletes your progress, and we have no copy to restore it from.

Tap Report an issue, either under the explanation on an answer’s review or in Settings › Help. It opens an email draft with the spot’s details, the app version and your iPhone model. You can read and edit everything before you send it, and nothing is sent unless you press Send.

In PokerEV, go to Settings › Daily reminder to change the time or switch it off. If reminders do not arrive, check that notifications are allowed in the iPhone’s Settings › Notifications › PokerEV.

No. PokerEV is a study tool. There is no real money and no betting, nothing to buy with chips, and nothing to win or cash out. The stack in the app is a practice score in big blinds, with free rebuys.

PokerEV does not connect to any poker site or app and is not meant to be used while you play.

An iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The app is in English. It works offline; you only need an internet connection to see Pro prices, buy, restore or redeem a code.
